| Description | Hi Kerwin There are reports of Google music being heard on Live TV channels after the FW upgrade. Our QA team have tried reproducing it, but it is not reproduced. JIRA issue is https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/BTVV-3644 I think you can ask brent to interpret the contents of the attached picture. It is assumed that Google Setup Wizad has not ended. Hi YK, 1. We can't reproduce the same situation as in log you provided to Kerwin and could you provide another log for our further analysis ? 2. Could you confirm that the Music is from Setup Wizard? Thanks ~ |

Hi Jacky Chiang We are not able to reproduce this situation either. therefore, I haven't given the log to kerwin. All I mentioned is what's in JIRA. https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/BTVV-3644 I and SKB manager are guessing that this issue is occurring from Setup Wizard , but I can't say for sure that it's not what I saw. And VoC on this issue continues to come in now. The situation is getting worse, so we need to resolve this issue quickly. Please provide quick support for this issue. Thank you YK.Jung |

Hi YK, The log mentioned in previous post is from SKB' JIRA (https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/BTVV-3644) According to Brent's comment, it was captured after issue was solved. Please help to confirm it, thanks ! Regards, Kerwin |

Hi YK, There is a similar issue on SWAN, please check comment here. (https://mantis.cnsbg.foxconn.com/vaas/view.php?id=1391#c8869) We also do test on Smart3. If user press POWER key in SetupWizard, BTV app will be launched. Then we can hear SetupWizard music and BTV audio at the same time. Keyevent are handled by SPTEK, please check this issue with SPTEK. Hi Kerwin As a result of the analysis, this issue was done incorrectly in the HomeUI. Since digicap is working on it, I will close this issue. If digicap has a request from us, I will open it again then. Thank you for your support YK.Jung |
